Derby Board approves consent agenda, vehicle purchase and appointments; multiple routine minutes adopted

Separately, the board appointed Superintendent Heather Bohaty as the district’s representative to a newly formed Central County District Collaboration Board; Kathy (last name not specified in the record) was named alternate. The appointment passed 7-0.
The board took several routine procedural votes earlier in the meeting: adoption of the meeting agenda and approval of revised minutes for the Jan. 13 meeting, the Jan. 27 board meeting minutes and the Jan. 30 board workshop minutes; each of those motions passed 7-0.
