Board conditions: Member Absalom moved to approve with conditions that the licensee supply (1) a fleshed‑out written alcohol policy referencing responsible‑vendor training and consistent on‑site procedures, and (2) an updated licensed‑premises drawing showing final occupancy and liquor-storage locations. The board made the approval contingent on those items being filed prior to the January hearing. Member Carr seconded; Members Carr, Absalom and Haggerty voted yes.
Applicant commitments: the applicant said staff will use responsible‑vendor training for employees, will card all patrons who order alcohol and will prohibit vertical or expired IDs. The applicant agreed to provide a written policy and the revised map before the next BLA meeting.
Ending: Licensing staff will request the revised policy and drawing and confirm compliance at the next hearing; the conditional approval will be finalized once staff accepts the submitted items.
