The Kenai Peninsula Borough Plat Committee approved the meeting agenda, the Oct. 13, 2025 plat-committee meeting minutes and a grouped consent agenda that included five noncontroversial plats, the committee confirmed Oct. 27.

The consent agenda listed Fleming Giles Estates; Luno 2025 Replat; Wallahala Heights Subdivision; Thompson Replat; Trust Lands Survey 2025-06; Jasper Subdivision; Sholin Subdivision 2025 Replat; and Virginia Lynn 2025 Replat. The clerk read the items into the record and no members of the public spoke on the consent items. A motion to approve the agenda, minutes and grouped plats, adopting staff reports and recommendations and finding compliance with borough code, was seconded and carried by unanimous consent.

The committee recorded approval by unanimous voice or consent with all members present voting in favor. The plats approved on the consent agenda will proceed through the borough’s final plat recording process per staff recommendations and any required conditions in staff reports.
