The clerk recorded the following votes: Yes: Womack; Teal; Steck; Sparks; Ponstein; Packla; Oliver King; Morse; Morales; McLeod; LeGrand; Coleman; Hildenbrand; Hennessy; Halsted; Faber; Chair Green. No: Merchant; DeBoer; Vice Chair Burrell; Commissioner Bujak. The motion carried and Resolution 56 was adopted.
