Roxanna Gamusio, executive director of the Tennessee Private Probation Services Council, presented the financial update and said the deficit left the council’s final reserves at $605,007.38. Gamusio told members the council did not yet have final fiscal‑year closing numbers but expected them by the next meeting; she said the current reserve level meant the council did not need to consider fee increases at this time.
Gamusi o proposed 2026 meeting dates on a quarterly schedule: Feb. 6, May 1, Aug. 7 and Nov. 6, with meetings slated for Friday mornings. Members moved and seconded the dates and approved them by roll call vote.
The council noted that the May meeting had been canceled earlier in the year and that the last set of approved minutes available to accept were from the February meeting. The council approved those February minutes by roll call vote.
No public commenters raised fiscal concerns during the meeting’s public comment invite; council staff said members would have an opportunity to ask questions during new business at the next meeting.
