Items approved on the consent agenda included: - A contract supplemental and change order with Whiteman and Associates, Inc. for construction engineering on the Westnedge Avenue Improvements Project in the amount of $134,585. - A contract supplemental and change order with Carrier and Gable for traffic signal controllers, components and equipment in the amount of $300,000. - A change order to contract 235104 with the Michigan Department of Transportation for construction of the Whites Road Improvements (Oakland Drive to Westridge Avenue) in the amount of $946,580.78. - Approval of an administrative order on consent with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency related to compliance and enforcement for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit No. M123299 at the Kalamazoo Water Reclamation Plant Improvements, and the associated compliance schedule. - Approval of minutes for a series of Committee of the Whole and business meetings from January through July 7, 2025 (specific dates listed in the agenda).
