SPRING ISD trustees and a stakeholder committee on Monday gathered community input to shape the district's next superintendent search, and the board announced the application window closes June 20 and that finalist interviews are targeted for the week of July 7.
The listening session, facilitated by consultant Dr. Rudy Trevino, combined table conversations about Spring ISD’s historical strengths with survey and town-hall data. Consultants told trustees the district has received roughly a thousand responses across surveys, interviews and meetings and said the most common community priorities included transparency, exceptional communication, valuing teacher voices, student-centered decision-making and building trust.
