Staff reported that both affected property owners have signed off on the shared access arrangement and that the developer had discussed using temporary traffic counters to document peak volumes. The project remains on hold pending the traffic study and further planning review; staff did not report a formal withdrawal by the applicant.
Board members asked whether a house on the site would be removed and whether the site might be connected to Panther Way to manage traffic. No formal action was taken; planning staff said they will return to the board with updates as the applicant completes required studies.
