Staff said Greenup Day is scheduled for April 26, 2025, with a rain date of May 3, and that volunteer sign-up packets and promotional flyers are being prepared. Members noted volunteer availability and that coordination will focus on Veterans Memorial priorities when timelines overlap.
No formal action was taken on Adopt-a-Spot or Greenup Day during the meeting; staff will continue outreach and finalize volunteer materials ahead of the April event.
