Henrico County supervisors on Feb. 11 approved a conditional rezoning that would allow the construction of 18 single-family homes on an 8.4-acre parcel along Hilliard Road.
Planning staff described the request as a rezoning to R-4 (family residence district) to build 18 homes. Staff said the existing home on the parcel would remain and the project would include a new road, a 25-foot landscaped frontage area plus sidewalk along Hilliard Road, and proffers requiring 75% of homes to include garages and a minimum size of 1,600 square feet.
