Staff said the revised profile would result in an 11‑foot setback on the sides and the rear, making variances of approximately 4 to 6 feet necessary.
The council paused the item to allow the applicant to consult with planning staff for exact measurement and potential adjustments. The item was continued and a motion for postponement to Feb. 6 was passed unanimously so staff and the applicant can refine the proposal and confirm numerical variances and construction feasibility.
