Mr. O'Neill, a CCPS staff member who presented the monthly blueprint update, said the district has continued biweekly collaboration with APA Consulting and expects “a fall…timeline for…maybe a final report,” while noting the schedule remained provisional. He added, “Carroll County, as it should be, has been selected to be the first county in Maryland to go through the progress monitoring process.”
