Dave Carr, a project representative from the LA Group, reviewed revisions the board requested when the project appeared in June. Carr described design changes including the replacement of a double driveway with “a single 12 foot drive,” relocation and screening of a proposed transformer, additional bicycle parking (“we have 10 spaces, we added 6 more”), and restoration of tree grates after a request from the city arborist.
