Votes at a glance: joint session rules adopted and procedural motions carried

The joint session of the 20th (24th) Northern Marianas Commonwealth Legislature adopted procedural measures and carried routine motions by voice vote before and after the governor’s State of the Commonwealth address.

House Floor Leader Marissa Flores introduced Joint Session Resolution 24-1, "a joint session resolution to adopt the rules of a joint session for the 24th legislature." The motion was seconded and adopted by voice vote; the clerk recorded "the ayes have it."
