The board conducted the vote immediately after reconvening from executive session. Trustees cast recorded votes on the separation agreement: Trustee O'Fano, Trustee Cordova, Trustee Costatos, Trustee Kumar and Trustee Sabri voted yes; Trustee Cozart voted no. The motion passed.
