At the June 3 meeting commissioners approved payment of PBC invoice number 25-0510 for $273,477.09 related to the courthouse/jail project.
The Public Building Commission portion of the meeting recessed while the PBC handled its business. The PBC approved sending KBS invoice 25-0510, in the amount of $273,477.09, to the Osage County Commission for payment. Later in the county commission session, the board approved paying the invoice as presented.
Why it matters: The invoice relates to the county’s public-building construction/renovation program and is a large single-line payment affecting project capital disbursements.
Next steps: County finance will process payment per the approved PBC and county motions.
