Commission selects Collaborative Title to prepare tax-sale titles

JayCat responded that it would complete the work in a timely manner and highlighted localized staff but did not provide a strict timeline in writing.
A commissioner moved to award the title contract to Collaborative Title Services and the motion passed by voice vote. Staff said they will contact the selected firm and begin the title work for the tax sale and continue work on the outstanding list of properties.
