Applicant representative Nate Jensen said the development’s final plat contains 66 lots and two outlots and will reconfigure portions of the previously platted Meadows First Addition to create new east–west connections through 40 First Street and 40 Third Street. “The existing water will be fed from the 16‑inch main here on 30 Ninth Street,” Jensen said, and sanitary service will be provided by an 18‑inch sanitary trunk on 30 Ninth Street with smaller mains tying into the new streets.
