County amends Promoting Safe and Stable Families contract to reallocate unused funds

A county official said the additional funds came from line items not used by other counties and that the amendment simply reallocates those dollars into items Montezuma County will spend. A county commissioner said they had reviewed the amendment and had no concerns.
County staff described the change as an amendment to the existing contract rather than a new funding request. Commissioners recorded no formal vote during the workshop.
