The consent package passed unanimously.
- Budget amendment (Res. 2024-156): council approved the fourth amendment to the 2024 budget unanimously. Finance staff told council the amendment mainly recognizes state and federal grants received late in the year and rolls forward grants that will be spent in 2025; the amendment also added net CIP spending on a Broomfield Heights project funded largely by ARPA and CDBG.
