County approves final change order and closeout for Torrey Preserve utilities extension; construction cost reduced

Capital projects manager Bobby Keane said crews installed water and sewer infrastructure, added fire hydrants and new active service connections and completed restoration work along Bostick Road and associated intersections. Keane reported the final change order reduces construction costs by $25,597.20 because several anticipated restoration items were not required.

Board action: the commission approved the final change order and authorized staff to process final pay application No. 4 and close out the project. The vote was unanimous.
