Board approves notice of potential reduction in force amid budget shortfall

The Lake Oswego School District 7J Board of Education voted to approve an annual notice declaring the potential for a reduction in force (RIF) for the coming year, a procedural step the administration said carries more weight this cycle because of the district's budget gap.
