The city clerk conducted a roll‑call vote: Mister Jensen, Mister Harper, Mister Miskaman, Mayor Abu Asli, Miss Menser, Mister Brandt and Mister Stornette were recorded as voting “Yes.” The meeting then adjourned to closed session.
