That rehearing included a staff presentation and testimony from the applicant’s attorney and project team.
Staff and the applicant said the property at 2900 West Sample Road is roughly 24 acres and proposed for redevelopment into three industrial warehouse buildings totaling roughly 474,000 square feet with about 422 parking spaces. The…
