Board funds $8,177.61 improvement grant for Cafe Karma (Humanity Hospitality LLC)

Meeting participants approved a payment of $8,177.61 to Humanity Hospitality LLC for proposed exterior construction at a multi-tenant commercial property that includes Cafe Karma.
