At the Feb. 18, 2025, Wall Township Board of Education meeting the board took the following formal actions:
The board voted to convene an executive session early in the meeting. Mr. Malouf (presiding) moved to enter executive session for the items indicated on the agenda; the motion was seconded and the board voted in favor. The board announced it expected to return to general session at 7 p.m.
Later in the meeting the board approved the consent agenda (agenda items 12 through 19). Mr. Malouf asked for a motion to approve the consent agenda; the motion was seconded by Board member DiGiovanni. During roll call, Board member Barbiere voted yes overall but stated she would abstain from “16 a section 6, item 14, and 16 a section 7, item 8.” Board member Mallett also said he would abstain on “16 A, Roman numeral 6, number 35” and voted yes on the remainder of the consent agenda. The remainder of the members present voted yes and the motion carried.
No further separate motions or ordinance adoptions were recorded during the public portions of the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at the conclusion of the agenda.
