Planning board asks code enforcement to check status of Domino's second-building site plan

On authority and enforcement, planning staff said the town’s development regulations authorize the code enforcement officer to pursue noncompliant site plans. As one staffer summarized during the discussion: "Officer is authorized to enforce any non compliant site plans in our development regulation. So Dana can go do it." The board did not take a formal vote but agreed staff should follow up with the property owner and, if appropriate, ask the owner to appear for an amendment or request a formal extension.
