Coffeyville approves final plat replat of Kline's Westwood addition to add 18 lots

The Coffeyville City Commission on July 22 approved Resolution R-25-78, the final plat replat of Lots 13 through 24, Block 10, and Lots 1 through 8, Block 6, of Kline’s Westwood addition.
Director of Community Development Amber Dean said the city purchased the Gibson Street property last year and intends to develop it. Dean told the commission the replat creates 18 lots and that Planning and Zoning had recommended approval.
Commissioners had no substantive questions and moved to approve the final plat as presented. Vice Mayor Van Oster moved for approval and Mayor Maples seconded; the motion passed unanimously with Mayor Maples, Vice Mayor Van Oster, Commissioner Faulkner, Commissioner Jones and Commissioner Hendricks voting aye.
