Technology Services: AMR medical-records project with Denver Health will proceed; contract mechanism finalized

Anna Weber, director of business analysis and strategy in Technology Services’ applications division and project sponsor, told councilmembers the AMR project is “still very much underway.” Weber said there was a short pause while staff clarified invoicing and the mechanism to pay for 2025 work, but that funding is available and that the department plans to initiate a contract between Technology Services and Denver Health to allow invoicing and payment to proceed.
Weber said the project will move into implementation in 2026; she did not provide an exact completion date at the hearing and said she would follow up with a timeline. Councilmembers asked for more detail; Technology Services said they would provide schedule specifics and project milestones to the council.
