At a council workshop, Kevin Ryan, senior development officer with Related ROSS, said the team has moved “significantly through almost all the due diligence components” including soils, environmental testing and a detailed survey and that the developers submitted the first approvals materials last week. Ken Himel, a Related ROSS presenter, and Max Kay also described a retail-led village, an expanded retail program of roughly 200,000 square feet, and a smaller low-rise residential plan focused on townhouses.
