The consent agenda passed on a roll call vote approving the June 10 meeting minutes, a change to the city's fee schedule and appropriation ordinance AO-25-12 for $4,797,285.75. Item 4 of the consent agenda (an additional appropriation item described in the packet) passed after Vice Mayor Van Oster registered an abstention and other commissioners voted aye.
