No members of the public signed up to comment and the council closed the hearing before moving to the motion to adopt the resolution. The roll-call vote was unanimous: Council member Nelson '0Yes; Council member Nielsen '0Yes; Mayor Giles '0Yes; Council member Machesek '0Yes; Council member Thrower '0Yes. The motion carried.
