The board then moved to approve the minutes of the closed meeting of March 4; the motion was recorded as moved by Lisa (first name only in transcript) and seconded by Debbie Johnson; the board approved that motion by voice vote as well.
At the end of the session, board member Nick DeVore moved to close the meeting and Cecilia Pitt seconded; the motion passed on a voice vote and the meeting was officially closed.
