- Superintendent contract modification: The board approved a written modification to Dr. Heath’s contract to clarify duties and distinguish them from another administrator’s responsibilities effective April 1; the modification was described in the meeting packet.
- Budget amendments and financial reports: The board approved several school fund budget amendments and receipts: a $3,000 receipt for proceeds from the sale of a CTE structure, $11,280 from the sale of surplus buses to be shown in fund 141, and a $5,000 donation from Tyson Foods for fund 143. The board approved the January financial reports and moved the listed amendments.
