Board seeks county ratification of 2-to-1 relinquishment ordinance for new subdivisions in Basin 162

Members reported the County District Attorney had requested additional research before the Commission would consider the ordinance; following further conversation the DA indicated he was comfortable moving forward, and the board asked the liaison to re-pursue scheduling the ordinance for commmission consideration. The board did not re-vote the ordinance at this meeting but directed the liaison to re-agendize it for the Board of County Commissioners.
No new county action was recorded at the meeting; the direction was to have the liaison confirm the DA’s concurrence and to place the ordinance on a commissioners’ agenda for ratification.
