Administrators said that level of detail is confidential but that staff track trends and respond with progressive discipline and educational interventions. District staff also said reported incident counts can rise as reporting and recordkeeping improve — the district changed its tracking cadence to biweekly review this year, and administrators said that likely increased the number of recorded incidents compared with the prior year’s total of eight.
