Mr. Owens moved and Mr. Mikes seconded a motion to convene the public hearing required for the adjacent-ways levy; Ms. Wallace, Mr. Mikes, Mr. Owens, Ms. Moran and the board president voted "yay," and the motion passed.
Later the board voted unanimously to adjourn the public hearing; the motion to adjourn was moved by Mr. Owens and seconded by Ms. Wallace and recorded as passing with the same five "yay" votes.
After other business, Mr. Owens moved and Mr. Mikes seconded a motion to convene an executive session. The board again voted unanimously: Ms. Wallace, Mr. Mikes, Mr. Owens, Ms. Moran and the board president recorded "yay" votes and the motion passed.
