- Northeast Service Center: Olivares said construction design is near complete and construction is expected to begin in September 2025, with a ribbon-cutting anticipated in the fall of 2027. She gave the overall budget as "just over $250,000,000," and said the facility will serve about 750 employees, include about 345,000 square feet on 132 acres, and house vehicle maintenance, offices and community space. The project will support internship and vocational partnerships with Austin Independent School District and allow redevelopment of the existing Hargrave fleet facility.
