Hendricks said Sprouse’s resume claims an A contractor’s license that state records do not show and an associate degree in mechanical engineering from Saskatchewan Polytechnic that, he said, the institution does not offer. “Presenting a diploma as a degree, particularly in a technical field like engineering, is not a mere oversight,” Hendricks said, calling the items “deliberate inflation” of credentials.
