The Clark County Commission on Aging reported progress on its annual report and said staff is working to schedule a work session with the county council to present the report in late April.
Subcommittee members reviewed the draft annual report and said the text is ready to circulate to the full commission for final comments. Staff named two potential dates for a county council work session to present the report: April 23 and April 30, with morning start times likely.
Members were invited to attend the work session if their schedules permit; Franklin was identified as likely to lead the presentation and staff said they would coordinate with him on the format. Wooten said the commission would invite members to join the presentation and finalize logistics once the council confirms a date and time.
No formal vote was recorded in the work session; the report will be finalized and presented to the council when a date is confirmed.
