Assistant Public Works Director Stephanie Keenan introduced the item and said staff recommended council accept the project and authorize the public works director to file the notice of completion so the warranty period would begin. "If council approves of these actions, the warranty period for the improvements will begin and staff will ensure that any deficiencies brought to light over the next 12 months are corrected by the project's contractor," Keenan said.
