Commissioner Van Ort moved to approve the draft letter outlining concerns regarding the governor’s budget recommendations; Commissioner Samkee seconded. The board voted aye; the motion carried. County staff said the letter would be sent to local legislators and shared with the Association of Minnesota Counties (AMC).
