Councilmember Ehlinger asked about a FY2025 bond fund entry (journal 152859-60) and the bond’s “percent for art” line. Staff said the bond wrap includes reassigning paving out of the bond, a corrections-project roof and fire-suppression work into the bond, closing costs for a third-party administrator, and the percent-for-art allocation, and said line-item detail will be on the Thursday docket. In the meeting staff referenced an aggregate figure of “48,769” in the bond wrap but did not specify the units or whether that number was dollars; staff told the council a full spreadsheet of line items would be provided to members in advance.
