The project proposes demolition of existing structures and construction of a leasing office and maintenance garage, with a limit of disturbance substantially less than the total site area and about 2,400 square feet of work within the 50- to 100-foot buffer zones. Erosion-control measures listed included filter tubes, silt fence, inlet protection and stabilized construction entrances.
Commission staff recommended closure of the hearing and issuance of a negative determination. A commissioner moved, another seconded, and the motion passed with the recorded voice vote of “Aye.” The applicant thanked the commission and said construction planning would proceed.
The negative determination means the commission has found, based on the submitted and peer-reviewed plans and mitigation measures, that the proposed work will not likely have significant adverse effects to the resource areas when constructed per the submitted plans and conditions.
