Council approves Mainstar upgrade and hosted subscription for Fleet Services

Why it matters: Fleet staff told the council the current on-premises server is at end of life and the existing Mainstar version is around 10 years old. Moving to the hosted, modern version will allow technicians to use tablets on the shop floor and improve work-order and inventory access.
