County staff said the current lessee wishes to assign the lease to another party and that, under the lease terms, assignment is permissible provided all lease terms, conditions and obligations remain in force.
The county recommended approval; auditing, risk and legal had reviewed the assignment. Commissioners moved, seconded and approved the lease assignment and authorized the chairman to sign administratively.
No public comment or discussion opposed the transfer, and the matter was recorded as approved on roll-call vote.
