Board approves minutes, beginner teacher support plan and consent agenda; adopts two memorial resolutions

The Caswell County Board of Education approved several routine and personnel-related items at its February meeting, including minutes, a beginner teacher support plan and a consent agenda; the board also adopted two memorial resolutions and voted to go into closed session.
