Kuna staff asks to table Larita subdivision; commission tables to date uncertain

The Kuna City Planning and Zoning Commission on Oct. 28 voted to table the Larita subdivision applications (case numbers 25‑03‑S and 25‑04‑DR) to a date uncertain after staff said additional sewer serviceability work and final public-works comments remain outstanding.

Doug Hansen, planning and zoning director, told the commission that staff is still “working out some sewer serviceability components for the project and are waiting on final public work comments,” and recommended tabling the item. A commissioner moved to table the cases to a date uncertain; the motion was seconded and the commission approved the tabling without opposition.

Staff did not provide a new date during the hearing. The tabling preserves the city’s ability to require that sewer and public-works issues be resolved before the item returns for public hearing and decision.
