The state told the court the violation involved Carney’s failure to register for or attend a court-ordered moral-recognition-therapy program (condition number 41) in Bexar County. "Court will find violation of condition number 41 true," Boyd said after Carney pleaded true to the allegation. The state indicated it had waived two other alleged violations and asked the court to revoke probation and adjudicate guilt; the court did so and imposed a six-year prison term, with credit for time served.
