Council members agreed that drafting an ordinance is the next step; several speakers noted the change will be a process requiring ordinance language and public notice. Separately, council members raised sight-line and safety concerns about parking near the State Farm office and United Bank on North Eleventh and asked staff to include that intersection in future reviews.
